De Palazzo, MA Training Team De is a conflict resolution educator with a strong interest in opening up dialogue between and among youth and adults with diverse interests and backgrounds. She has designed and facilitated curriculum for diversity programs and is past program director of the National Conference for Community and Justice, a human relations organization dedicated to countering bias and bigotry through advocacy, conflict resolution and education. De is president of Perspectives Unlimited, Inc., an organization dedicated to delivering intercultural awareness facilitation and training, and working with groups to facilitate the constructive engagement of conflict. Her strong academic and practical background in school violence prevention and intervention led her to a Masters Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with a concentration in school system conflict. In addition to her work as a Safe School Ambassadors program trainer, De writes conflict resolution curriculum for school district after- school programs, and delivers anti-bias and conflict resolution training to schools throughout the U.S.
