Outstanding
training begins with exceptional design. The design team at Community
Matters has a wealth of experience designing high impact trainings for
youth, adult and mixed participant groups in the public and private sectors.
We will:
- Work closely with you to identify outcomes based on participants'
needs. We ask probing questions to get to know you, your group, and
your organization, and we listen carefully to your answers to pinpoint
the outcomes you desire.
- Determine methods that are engaging and appropriate for participants.
We cater to visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners, using presentations,
small and large group discussions, simulations, and a range of other
tools to keep participants engaged and focused.
- Select training components and blend them together to create an
energizing learning experience, just like veteran chefs select ingredients
and blend them together to create appealing and perfectly seasoned culinary
delights.
Outstanding training must also be delivered successfully. Unlike the
typical 'talking head' trainers, the people on our
team
- Connect with participants, drawing them out and drawing them into
the program. In this way, the learning experience is co-created and
meets genuine needs, so the transfer of knowledge and impact on the
organization are greatly increased.
- Read the group and adapt. Our trainers draw on an extensive base of
knowledge and experience, so the program goals are achieved and the
moment-by-moment needs of the participants are met.
We invite you to call and interview us.
We'd welcome the opportunity to discuss your goals and needs, provide
references, and answer any questions about how we deliver results and
build a base of satisfied clients, one interaction at a time.
